(NH4)2(Cr2O7)(s) --heat-->

And

H2O2(aq) --yeast-->

In the first equation, the compound (NH4)2(Cr2O7) readily decomposes at low temperature to give Nitrogen(g), Water(g) and a green crystalline compound Cr2O3(s). I'll leave it to you to balance.

For your second equation. Hydrogen peroxide is poisonous to many organisms, thus they must have a way of breaking down the hydrogen peroxide into harmless components (or die). It simply acts as a CATALYST and does not change the products of the reaction. It is the same equation as the decomposition of H2O2, I'll leave it to you to work out the equation.
