My 99 ford f-250 turns over but does not start. I have no fuses blown.
I changes the fuel pump and its not getting any power to it. I also checked the fuel cut off switch it is reset.
The new pump is not getting energized and sending fuel. What to think now??

Check the fuel pump relays and there should be a small box of some sort attached to the steering wheel, if it is loose rescure it and if has dual tanks check the switch.

Be sure to test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.
