I am 20 years old now and I am engaged to be married to the love of my life who love kids... I want to be able to have children for him but I don't think that I can. We have tried for about 6mo now and we have had no succuss... when I was about 16 I was forced to have sex with this guy and when my grandmother took me to the doctor I had 2 std's that I took medicine to get rid of... do I have any options that will help me to conceive?. I was thinking about going to a fertiliy clinic... any suggestions?

Six months of trying isn't all that long. Have you and your fiancé been checked over by doctors, especially you because of the STDs?

Does your fiancé take hot baths or showers, use a hot tub on a regular basis, wear tight jeans, wear jockeys? Are you constantly thinking about a baby to the point that you're stressed or even becoming obsessed over it? Does the word "baby" dominate your thoughts? Your body may be rebelling against what your mind and heart want.

I'm going to the fertility doctor this week to get checked and see if there is any thing that we can do.

Yes of course as noted, 6 months is no time at all to try, it can well take over a year often.

Plus you were not telling us how you were timing the sex to be sure you were at the most fertile times
