I'm a international undergraduate students working as a TA. This is the first time filing the tax, and it's really confusing. I got 1042-S form and W-2 forms, and I'm on F-1 Visa, and I have been studying here for 7 years, so I'm a resident for tax purposes. And W-2 form says I have some federal income tax withheld, and also some state income tax in box 17. What am I supposed to do?

You will file resident tax returns -- federal as well state. You must report all your income in 2010.
For federal return, download form 1040EZ and go through it.
