Late January this year I left for Norway through terminal 5. I had my VAT refunds registered at the Tax refund at Customs. Part of the VAT I received very quickly, but one refund has not yet come. The officer said it would take about 5 weeks before I would receive it, but now 8 weeks have passed without a refund. What should I do if the refund does not turn up on my account?

I do NOT believe this is a U.S. tax issue, as the United States does NOT have a Value-Added Tax.

Since this forum deals EXCLUSIVELY with taxes associated with the U.S. that is probably why you got no answer to your posting.
