When I Turn my AC on inside, cool air blows from the vents. I am not sure if it is cold enough to be considered AC. The fan in my Condenser outside is not spinning, nor is the condenser making any noise what-so-ever. At the moment I am testing the AC and set it at like 65, to see if it gets colder in the house. I know ABSOLUTELY nothing about AC and could use some advice.

I would start by checking all breakers in the breaker panel. Let me know what you find.

So we decided to turn it all off for the night last night. Then this AM we checked all the breakers as you suggested. We ended up just shutting off the MAIN breaker to try and reset everything. It didn't turn right away but it was ticking. My husband switched it from cool to heat to them heat then back to cool, each time ticking. But then when he went back to cool it sprung on!! We are still a little nervous, waiting to see how long it will last, but maybe it just needed a little kick.
Thanks for the info. I'll keep you posted if it continues to work!
