There is a new community being built in my area and I would like to do a letter of introduction for my lounge.

Tell us more about your lounge.

The letter will be sent to whom?

The lounge will be a 5,000 sf building set for eating, entertaining, and VIP. Rosewood Heritage Group is asking for the letter. My hope is to have the lounge built within the Rosewood Community.

Will there be catering services available? Is there a well-stocked kitchen with a chef in charge? Can community members use the kitchen themselves? There's seating for how many in the dining room? Is there a stage? Is a sound system available for free or for rent? Can musicals and stage plays be held there, and can rock groups and crooners perform there? What does VIP mean? Which VIP?

Is the letter to go to all members of the community? Is anyone living in the community yet?

Yes there will be catering services. There will be a well-stocked kitchen with a chef in charge. No community member will not be able to use the kitchen. The lounge will seat 300 people. There will be a stage for entertainment, i.e.. Comedians, poetry, kareoke, jazz bands, etc. Never thought about charging for sound system, can you give me an example? Small skits are welcomed, we plan to have a DJ and bands come perform. VIP is for anyone looking to use the area for private functions, meetings, parties, etc. There is no one in the community yet. They are in the beginning stages of development. The letter is going to the investors of the group. They want to know who we are and what we hope to bring to the development in terms of profit, entertainment, etc.

Do you want a letter with maybe bullet points for any or all of the features you've mentioned?

Do you want the letter to be short and snappy or long and very detailed? What about a brochure?

The sound system would be some kind of CD player with speakers or "piped in" music, for use at private parties, and maybe a CD collection that can be chosen from.
