I'm not sure what the OP is asking but I'm pretty sure it would be illegal to divide Tarka the Football Player.

I suppose you could legally divide an Oregonian quartet, into two duets.

But you might run into copyright problems perhaps.

I wonder if you could get away with dividing the Numbian Pharaoh, assuming you owned the mummy.
