Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I will start with a question for the experts on the “Mequinol” subject and / or to those who have had experience with this chemical: ¿Can Mequinol 10% cause permanent depigmentation to the skin? I heard that Mequinol 20% is used in patients with vitiligo and it can cause permanent depigmention to the skin, but I've never heard that a lower concentration (like 10%) can cause the same effect to the skin.
Any help will be appreciated,
Thank you.

No.. but if you use 20% and above everday for years.. you will be depigmented
So 10% is safe.. I think

I hope so, because I started to use mequinol 10% a week ago and I'm not mixing it with anything else. Thanks for your answer nickol32

You will always have to maintain(2-3 week application)
There's no such thing as "permanent skin lightening"

Well that suck! That is the same as hydroquinone then? And you have to be maintaining the outcomes for life. I wonder what sammy sosa used to bleach his skin, I saw him like a month ago and he still looks the same.
