Hello! I have a Kenmore Elite Washing Machine model # 110269500. It won't spin, but husband said it will agitate. He thinks it's the gear case and I think it's the clutch. Not sure how we can tell. We already bought Lid switch and other parts and it wasn't those. I heard through readings that others had trouble with their transmission. How can we tell what it is?
