My husband is an american citizen, we have 9 year old daughter and we are currently living in the Philippines. Me and my daughter we have never been to America. Is there any possibilities to go to America even though my husband is here in the Philippines? What kind of visa should my husband apply to the U.S. Embassy to bring me and our daughter to the U.S. Does he need to go back to the U.S. before he can file a petition for us so he can bring us in the U.S.
Is there someone here who can help us what to do? Please I need your help guys! Thanks!

If he is living in the Philippines, he should be able to direct file the I-130 relative petition at the US Embassy. You would then file for the IV. Your husband should have already registered your daughters birth with the US Embassy already, so she can get a US passport.

If your husband has no wish to return to US permanently, plus he has solid proof of employment or other ties to the Philippines, you will be able to apply for visitor's visa under a condition that you must travel with him for a short term visit such as visiting his family, etc. and you will return to the Philippines.

If your husband is moving back to US, then follow above advice given by NYcityboy.
