An anime film where a boy turns into a bear

I have seen this movie the name is "Brother Bear". In this movie a young Inuit hunter needlessly kills a bear, he is magically changed into a bear himself as punishment.

Sounds definitely like Brother Bear but it's not an anime film, just an animated film. Other one that popped into my head was Ranma 1/2 where if a boy gets splashed with water he turns into a girl but there's another guy with him that turns into a bear when Ranma turns into a girl. Hopefully one of these is what you are looking for.
