Set idle most of Winter with occasional starting. Lately ,started but run rough. Now won't start. Have fire to plugs, good compression, but plugs were wet when we pulled and checked them. Acted like was running too rich last time it started?

If the CEL comes on and goes off normally, I would replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:

I would also check your air filter and if fuel smells bad.
Fuel Filter?

Reduced air(clogged filter) can make make engine run rich.
Fuel wasn't bad from sitting?
So what did you find?
