I have a couple problems that I need help with.. One is that my light keeps saying I have water in the fuel and I have changed fuel filters a couple times.I don't beleave I have water in my tank because I emty it not long ago.. the other problem is I keep getting a wishling sound and also it will get where it will start blowing black smoke and lose power then clear it self up.. what can I do before something bad happens or is it to late, please let me know

You have two fuel filters, one under the hood and one under the frame (just in front of the fuel pump).
