I have very low water pressure, both hot and cold, in my kitchen, but it is fine everywhere else in the house. I took the aerator off the faucet to clean it, but it was fine. I left it off, but still very low pressure. I don't know what to do next.

My next step is more of a test rather than a fix. Shut off your stops under the sink and disconnect the lines going to the faucet. Now you can open those stops and see if there is good pressure getting to the stops. You need a bucket or lots of towels to catch the water. I think your cartrdige is getting clogged but its rare for both hot and cold to go at once

One question. Does your faucet have a separate spray? If so, how is the pressure out of that. I only mention it because the diverter can become sticky or partially plugged and cause low pressure to the spout.
