I changed the ticket @ homesense on an item and got caught by loss prevention, I live in toronto, they didn't charge me but I got a YELLOW ticket for tresspassing. I'm wondering,

Can I still be charged even though time has passed?

Will this be on a criminal record?

Also, I signed a form @ homesense that I would pay some 'bill', the difference on the price of the item was A DOLLAR, how much would it be?
