I have an ultimate care 2 whirlpool washer it won't agitate or spin and it won't drain. I replaced the motor and coupler. All it does is just make a buz sound like its causing the motor shaft to be stuck. Any solutions

Remove the pump from the front of the motor and run the unit. Sounds like something is stuck in the pump. The two metal tabs hold the pump on. Take the hoses off the pump and clean it out.
