I live in an apartment in Las Vegas my mom and I are the only ones on the lease.I let a friend stay here he's not on the lease when I brought up paying rent a week ago he left I haven't seen him since his things are here and yesterday while I was gone he came here and only took his dirty cloths.I told him a few times now that he needs to get all his things and go and nothing he keeps threatening that I cannot kick him out and hell call cops if I do.Also I confronted him about stealing personal pictures of me off my computer and he openly omitted doing it .Can I legally kick him out ? And can I press charges on him for stealing pictures of me and showing other people?

Steal pictures off the computer ? You mean down loading or printing things you had on the computer, in a open area , with no pass code in a common area where this person would be able and allowed to go ?
You can evict him, unless he has already moved , how long has he been gone and not staying there ?

Send him written notice that he has to remove his things within 2 weeks or you will dispose of them. This is assuming he has already stopped living there.

He was helping me set up a new comp of mine and I left the room for a sec and when I came back in he had put a usb in the comp and took personal picks from my comp .Then in a text on my phone omitted he took them.He has only been here a month and a little over a week ago I told him I needed his part of rent and he said hell get it and has been avoiding me every since he only comes here when he knows I'm not .its been about 9 days since he has slept here .

It's not a crime that I know if. He didn't actually steal anything, he copied them, right?
