I've been hearing that the Carmel Coloring in Colas and the Aspartame in Diet Colas cause cancer? I've been drinking cola all my life and nothings happened. So should I not drink cola anymore? Please answer!!

There is no substantial proof that they can cause cancer. Believe me, if there was, they would be taken off the market at once. However, they do contain a lot of chemicals that are not good for you. If you switch from Coke to mineral water, your body will thank you.
