I am to be discharged after the 9th month (first time bankruptcy.) Do the creditors have a right to come after me for money once I have been discharged, and if so, for how long? My husband and I are in a wrongful dismissal suit and if he wins and gets an awarded settlement, I want to know if the creditors can come after me for the money.
