I am trying to tone up, and I have been losing weight running on the treadmill. I get bored on it though, and would like to know some fun, fat blasting workouts on the tradmill that I can do daily. Please, and thank you! :)

Well, as far as common safety goes - you should keep your jogging posture as it is because it's the best way to let the oxygen flow through your body calmly and evenly. :) Listening to music is a great way to pass the time, I often lose myself in thought.

If anything, work those arms (with weights if you want) by lifting them up and down as if you're weight lifting. Doing outer arm exercises while on the treadmill isn't recommended; you'll lose your balance and it could end with a nasty bump!
