My magic jack isn't working the computer?laptop that I use with it isn't recognising it anymore it has malfunctioned so windows doesn't recognised it.. what can or should I do?

Well for me, give up, their support help is poor and none, and that is just on good days They are cheap for a reason, you can't get any real help.

They were wanting me to turn off a lot of my security to make the phone work ( a couple of years ago when I tried it)
