Hello again, m:
Please keep all your posts on the same subject on the same thread..
If you want to STOP your wife, and you think she's violating your visitation and/or custody agreement, OR you think a trip to Daytona Beach is putting the kids in DANGER, you can certainly file for an injunction in family court. It'll help if you have a lawyer, but you don't need one.

Are there no injunctions or restrictions set up in your separation agreement to stop her from taking the children (out of state) you don't say where you are from and it does make a difference in our response.
So... legally what is set forth ? Is it known that she can't take them out of state? Because if so, then she is committing a crime.
Who has sole custody ? What do you mean by stopping her from this 'madness' ?

Hello again, m:
I ask you again to PLEASE keep all your posts on the same subject on the same thread.. You can see that tick is trying to help. IF she had ALL the information you posted, she could... You're making it awfully difficult for us to help.

First there are many great things at the beach and one does not have to get involved with the drinking and party of college kids when you are there.
A trip during their spring break sounds great, so what is mad about it, what is wrong,

Hello again,
One of the moderators did it for you. It's a bit discombobulated, but people can figure it out. Please keep your discussion HERE.

Hi M.
I don't see a problem with them having a fun vacation at daytona beach.
But if you are TRULY concerned (and not simply trying to be a jerk to their mother, which I see a lot of on this site) then you would go to the courthouse and file an emergency hearing
