Hi,I am an international student currently on OPT-F1 visa and working full time.
I am paying my student loan in USA through citi bank.I am going to get the 1098e form from bank about $2800 interest or something..
I called many tax filers and telling me different forms.. I am so confused what should I do..
Can you guide me? or Can you file for me? I live in columbia,SC.How can I contact you?

How long have you been on your visa?
Yo are an exempt individual for 5 calendar years on the visa. That means you are exempt from counting days for the Substantial Presence Test and you would be a non-resident alien for 5 years. As a NRA you need to file a 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ.
The interest from a qualified student loan can be deducted. It goes on line 9 on the 1040NR-EZ or line 33 on the 1040NR
