I have a 1996 dodge neon that no fuel will get to the engine and I can't figure out why I have replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter and checked all the plugs and the pump is pumping the feul but for some reason its not getting any fuel to the fuel rail or the engine and it will start when you put gas in through the throttle body but only for a second I don't know what else to do

. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multimeter.

. Check for codes. Camshaft Position Sensor or Crankshaft Position Sensor failure can cause crank but won't start situations.

It's likely an ignition system problem, not fuel.
