Please turn off the "caps lock" key.

First, get a booklet from the clerk of your court, or look at the website from your court, on how to collect a judgment.

It entails getting a writ from the court and finding property to take to satisfy the judgment.

If the judgment debtor has a lien on property owned by someone else, in theory you could execute on that property, but you would have to pay off liens (including mortages and whatnot) that are superior to yours. Normally it wouldn't pay.

If they have property in other states, you could register your judgment in each of those other states, and then collect it in the same manner as you would in your own state.

If your judgment is against a LLC, you can seize property belonging to the LLC, but not property belonging to the owner of the LLC in his or her own name.
