There's really no way for us to be able to tell you.

You'll have to wait and see, or go to the vet.

Can I ask why your dog isn't fixed? Are you a breeder?

Because we have not got to it and the dog I'm talking about had puppys before she was 1 year or 1 yr and a half and no were not breeders

Well, if she is pregnant you can always do a spay abort. Talk to your vet about it. It really would be best if you spay her, then you won't have to worry about accidents anymore. :)

Good luck.

I have heard that human pregnancy tests may work on dogs.. Have fun catching her pee...

But, if the male and female did not lock, or he did not penetrate her, the I doubt she is pregnant.

Spay your dog. This world doesn't need any more puppies

They don't need to get 'stuck' (called a tie) to get pregnant, slip matings carry just as higher risk of pregnancy as full tied matings. It's all about the b*tches cycle and what day is her most 'fertile' as to whether she is pregnant.

Dogs come into heat for 3 weeks, during that time they can fall pregnant. However, just like humans there is a certain window where the odds of falling pregnant are increased majorly.
A lot of b*tches will not let a male mate them unless they are completely ready and are in that window, same goes for males, a lot will not mate the b*tch unless she is ready. There are always exceptions though.

How long ago did this happen?
If it was no more than a couple of weeks ago book an appointment to have an emergency spay done. By doing it now it carries no more risk than a regular spay.

If it has happened in the past 48 hours you can have a misalignment injection administered to stop the pregnancy from taking.

Then she definitely falls into the 48 hour window for the injection. Call your vet and set it up asap before time runs out.

Good luck. :)

*sigh* Maybe separating them while she is in heat will help you out in the future...

Spaying and neutering prevents these types of things from happening and leave you with happy, hormone-free dogs :)

6 times? And no tie?

Yes, please get her spayed as soon as possible to prevent this from happening again.

If she has been pregnant before then you know what can happen so no excuses.

Brace yourself, I'm a bit miffed.

I asked if you were breeders, you said no.

You made it sound like this was an accident. If he went after her 6 times, where were you? Why weren't they separated after the first attempt? How did you know that he went after her 6 times unless you were in the room, watching, and doing nothing to stop this?

You said you haven't gotten around to spaying your dog. Well, if you're not a breeder, and you don't want a pregnancy, and you won't do anything to stop them from breeding, then make the time and get her fixed.

I know you won't want to hear this, but it's time to take responsibility for your dogs. There's no excuse for an unwanted pregnancy when the male tried 6 times to mount your dog and you did nothing but watch. :(
