I have been getting a little dizzy lately. I get nauseated late in the evening with a very bitter taste at the back of my throat. What could be causing this?

Low blood sugar, dehydration, acid reflux... many of these happen in pregnancy and can make you feel nausea or dizzyness. What have you tried for relief?
