I have a Beagle who is pregnant, (non-intentional) she is now almost a year old but I am thinking she got pregnant around the beginning of her 11th month... I was just worried about her health and wondering what I should do for her during labor.

Get x rays so you know how many pups are in there and be there when she starts. Have formula and bottles and your vet on stand by.
Baby pools make great welping boxes :)
Once pups are weened, spay her! Teenagers having puppies isn't easy, not all dogs have maternal instincts!

Do you know what breed of dog she mated with?
The major concern is her age and the size of the pups.
If she mated with a labrador (or other large breed) she could have many issues during labor.
Make sure you have enough money put aside in case an emergency c-section is necessary. Make sure you have a heat lamp for the pups, and start your female on puppy food, it's high in nutrients and will give her the nutrition she needs at this time for her growing pups.

There is FAR too much to cover here about dog labor and puppy care so I will direct you to another site (not something we usually do here).
This site is a very comprehensive guide to whelping and caring for newborn puppies:
