Well I've got to know this woman who is a mutal friend of all my friends. We started texting and chatting a lot. About 2 months ago we started talking on the phone wink wink if you know what I mean. We went out on Valentines night and things got heated between us. I said to her I wanted to see her more and she said she would like the same. I took her to music show on Thursday and things were really good. All my friends and I went out for a friends 30th last night and she joined us after she finished work. Right away she came up to me and danced and flirted with me. We went back to a friends house where she proceeds to tell me that she is in love with another man but hasn't spoke to him for over 6 weeks. She started things between us, I told her today I was more than happy to stay as just friends before things started but since she started it I've fallen for her in a very very big way and I now don't know what to do. I've told her that I can't just be friends with her because I have these feelings.

Thing that concerns me and should you as well is the fact that she told you she is in love with another man... a big WARNING sign should be going off in your head. Also, she told you this pretty much right after meeting you and there's a good reason for that. She pretty much told you that she really doesn't want anything serious. And you knew this but, alas, you've developed these feeling now.
I guess the prudent thing would be to find out how she feels about you... although I suspect she is still hung up on this other guy. Deep down I'm sure you know what the case is... no sense in falling for someone who doesn't feel the same. You are only setting yourself up for some major heartache!

Stay away from this cheater who wants you to be her friends with benefits, or pay the cost of following your little head into big trouble.

You are a rebound and she is still in love with the other guy.
Leave her alone. Don't be a glutton for punishment.
