I am pregnant and my gums are swollen, its not hurt just different feeling in a mouse . Is it normal or I have to go to see doctor, I cleaned my teeth one weeks ago, doctor didn't mention any problems , or its can be hormones? Will it hurt to unborn baby?

Good dental hygiene is important when you are pregnant. You say you cleaned your teeth 'once a week ago', which leads me to believe that you don't practice good hygiene.

No not hormones, just a dirty mouth apparently. Go to a dentist, have them checked out and cleaned and keep them clean. I just hope you don't have a lot of rotten teeth in there; a lot of bad teeth can be harmful to the baby because infections from the mouth carry right through your whole system if left unchecked.

Swollen gums could be from the dental cleaning. I don't think it is hormone related.

What you mean I had dental cleaning Thursday and today my gyms swollen today is Sunday ,

Rinse with some warm salt water, brush gently and floss. If no better, then go have the dentist take a look.
