I had an abortion at 10weeks along on Wednesday and I was just in pain and neasus last 3 days but since yesturday I've had a migrane and today I'm bleeding a little more and I peed out a lot of blood clots and a lot was on my pad... should I be concerned? I am in a lot of abdominal pain too.. kinda hard to get up I feel so weak and it hurts a lot

You should go to the doctor or hospital right away because you should not be peeing blood, and should not be in so much pain a few days later.

You might have a bit of an infection, and it's possible that in doing the procedure they nicked something they shouldn't have. I'm sure whatever it is can be resolved easily for you, but don't sit home worrying and suffering - just go to the hospital and see what they say. And if you are that weak, you may be losing a bit too much blood to be healthy, and they can address that for you pretty easily too. But it won't get better if you ignore it and stay home so go now.
