I am here in Washington State stuck here while my wife and kids are in Texas. Me and my wife got into an argument I pushed her neighbor saw it and called the cops. In this state if the police are called they have to arrest someone, especially here in Bellingham Wa. They issued a mandatory 2 year NCO issued by the state not my wife, and I am on 2 years probation, I have a residence in Texas and I am forced to be living with my brother since my wife and kids are in Texas. Can they make a non resident live half way across the country from his kids. I am having problems finding work here, being here is preventing me from supporting my children because I can't find work. I plead guilty because I did in fact shove her and she went back home to Texas after I got arrested because there was no financial support up her for her and my kids. I was going to fight the case but I was already in jail for 50 days because my public defender kept asking for a continuance saying if I took it to trial it could take a lot longer, and that if we went to trial even if my wife wasn't there to testify on my behalf, the state could press charges and they could bring the neighbor in to testify I shoved my wife out of anger which is still DV assult. So I took a quilty plea thinking I could get out sooner with time served, only to be railroaded with Probation and now having to attend a DV Class because I took some stupid evaluation that even the Pope can take and possibly fail. So my question, can they Prevent me from moving back to Texas since I am a resident there and have no job or my own home here

Your post is quite incoherent, and would like for you to break it up and take time to explain what this all means. Only then will you get a proper answer, but my gut feeling is they can prevent you from moving back to Texas.

Sorry Im on an emotional roller coaster, I'm a father of 5 all under the age of 9, my wife and kids are in Texas, I was arrested here in Washington state for DV assult 4 and am on probation with an NCO for 2 years. I reside in Texas but am stuck living with my brother for probation, I have a home in Tx, and My DL is a Tx license, I can get work with just a phonecall to my old boss back home. Can the state of Washington keep me here since I plead guilty while my life is down south . Especially if it isn't working out where I am staying, and I could be on the streets. I can talk to my kids just not my wife, and lets just say my kids want me home, and my son who is 3 told me that mommy was telling him daddy will be home just keep having faith. Could she hire a lawyer in Texas to get me home cause all of this is over a push.and when I was being arrested she told the cops she did not want me arrested and it was just a push. We have been married for 5 years and this has never happened before
