If your name isn't on the Deed... then you CAN'T own it free and clear.

Unless there was a will that gives you the house IN WRITING.

YOU may want to explain this a little better. From what you have written it appears you have paid for a house you never owned. And that doesn't give you rights to claim it absent the owners Last Will and Testiment giving it to you.

If they died without hiers... depending on where this actually is... the County can take it and auction it off and deposit the money into the treasury (that DOES happen in Virginia). Or you can hire a lawyer and hopefully convince the court you have a claim to it. And it will have to go through a court who will act on behalf of the deceased owner.

well i have problem ...

I have a problem too. Due to the mis-spellings, and the fact that you seem to have ignored the rules of punctuation and grammar, I can't make out what you are saying. Is English your second language? Perhaps you could find someone to translate.

Yes, and if there is a lien or loan on the property, no one owns it free and clear.
