My c drive is fall I want to get more space

I have got windows 7 on my acer laptop with a C drive that's very full. I have tried to defragment. However, this process won't work. I need to get more free space to play my PC games

How big is your hard drive?

What OS are you using? There is only 2 ways to get more space. Either delete or compress. Compressing a hard drive can slow things down but it does give you more room.
Deleting unused or unneeded files would be your best option to clear space.
