I'm exausted all the time [due to a varying combination of stress, various medical problems and lack of sleep, depending on the day], not just physically but mentaly as well. It's not depression**, but it presents similarly. Basically, due to life issues, I usually have consistently serious/worring thoughts, but even when I'm not, I don't have the energy, excitement, or enthusiasm I used to.
What I'm asking for is suggestions on improving this symptom, not the overall cause. I have many medical issues with various forms of management (and varying effectiveness), but right now, I need a short-term solution for this. And suggestions, from types of food to forms of activities, would be greatly appreciated.

** I am incapable of depression; due to a doctor's multi-drug f-up, whenever I get upset, I produce high levels of endorphins that prevents it. (Which sounds good in theory, buy when my Grandfather died, I was behaving like a small child on a sugar-high.)

About food: fish (2 times in week), meet (good quality), bread, vegetables and fruits (different colours without pesticides), nut and seeds. In addition fish oil + omega3, flax oil, B vitamin complex, vitamin C, Q10. Fresh air (brain need lot of oxygen) and clean water (use filter). Go sleep before 12.00
