Because getting visa to Europe is impossibe they refuse issuing visa to a holder of re-entry passport but Refugee travel document don't need visa to Europe.

OK, that explanation will help the experts in Immigration law. I assume you have a USA green card. Problem is you can't have both status, only one or the other. A green card is a path to citizenship... refugee status isn't. But someone more familiar will answer in... or should anyway.

1. You are green card holder NOT a refugee, you cannot apply for refugee travel document.

2. The reasons you're denied visa are:

* You don't have enough evidence to support your ties to US.
* When you apply for re-entry permit, it means you are expecting to stay overseas for more than 6 months. Temporary visa will not allow you to stay that long...

But when I came to USA was conciderd as a refugee and now I'm greeen card holder and I have re-entry passport and I get refused to travel to Denmark without any excused and just they stamped my passport 'Refused' I just asked to visit my family their they invited me by documents ligalised by the danish foreign ministry and notary office as well, but the result when I submit all document for visiting Denmark for a short time by seeking Schengen visa for less than 3 month was as I said REFUSAL, Therefore I asked that if it is possible only with Refugee travel document to travel abroad.

Yes, But I am from Iraq when I came here as a refugee by United nastions and applied for Re-entry permit and I received it after one month and I paid about 500 Us dollar for nothing because I get refused to visit Denmark for short time by seeking Schengen visa, but it is easer to travel to Denmark by refugee travel document because it does not need a VISA. While I am are refugee even if I have a green card is it not allowed to seek a refugee travel document to travel as this passport is better and there no any difficulties & Obstacles to travel to europe.

Doesn't matter... You are either A green card holder that can become a Citizen... OR you are a refugee who will at some point have to return.

Doesn't matter what is convenient to you or not. You can be one or the other. But you can not have both. That's how it is. If you wanted the benefits a refugee status had... you should have kept it. But you lost that when you applied for Citizenship and got a green card. Now the only choice you have is wait until you are eligible and are naturalized. That's the law... and that's the way it works. I'm sorry if its inconvienient... but that is how it is.
