If you are a resident of NY then your file a NY State resident return - either form IT-150 (short form) or IT-201 (long form).

In the future you may want to consider making FL your prinical residence, which means your NY home becomes a 2nd home or vacation home. To make that stick you're going to have to be very deliberate about changing residences - you must be able to show that you intend FL to be your permanent abode, and that means that you can document that you spend more time in FL each year than you do in NY, and you do things like register to vote in FL, get a FL driver's license, and change the mailing address for all correspondence (like your NY tax return) to FL.
