I am 31 weeks pregnant, the doctors have already told me that I will deliver early, with that being said I'm having issues tonight that I haven't had before. I can't sleep nor can I get comfortable, and I'm feeling very nausated. I would drink some milk to help but here latley it's been making me feel sick to my stomach. The baby is and has been moving as it normally does, and not sitting low, and I have no leakage or pain. I did go against my doctors advice of being on bed rest and took a short walk today, but I've felt fine all day even after my little stroll. Is there anything I can do to help, or should I be worried?

Just keep an eye on things... and follow your doctors advice regarding bed rest. At this stage baby has better chances of doing well even by a matter of days, so having baby stay put another week, and then another week, and so on will be beneficial.

Some women do experience a return of nausea in the last several weeks of pregnancy, but some women also will experience it soon before labor starts or in very early labor, so let your doctor know anytime you have something new occurring. Try just sips of water or something like ginger ale instead of the milk.
