Hi. My boyfriend is in jail for a felony probation violation in Alameda County,CA and he also has a warrant in Contra Costa County, CA as well. How much time do you think he will be sentenced.

Well he was going to take me out to dinner and he seen his friends so he said hi to them then the police came and picked him up. They said that he had a warrant in Contra Costa County, he still doesn't know why he has the warrant. So he also has a 4 way search cause and someone had drugs on them so he had that put on him as well. So he has a felony Probation Violation. Also they threw out the drugs then on top of that I am geussing that he just went to jail for a DUI and that is how he got the Felony Probation. Now he is in jail and they are bringing up the case of the DUI which he served 3 months for. He also almost completed his community service by one day. And what do you think the time he will be sentenced for.
