I got in an accident and it was my fault. The other party was driving their daughter's car which was insured. The driver doesn't have a license. I have a license but no insurance. What will be done to me? Do I have a chance with the fight if they have no license?

You said some key things, your fault and you have no insurance. Does your state require insurance to drive? There will be tickets on both sides. Her insurance will pay her for her damages, license or not. Then they will likely come after you to recover the costs and you have no insurance and they will not let you off. Are the other parties represented yet, maybe offer a settlement would be smart cause you will pay full price later

They will get a ticket for no license ( does not take away at all your fault) so there is nothing to fight.

You just need to get your check book out and pay for all the damages. Most likely your license will be suspended till you pay for their damages
