What can I do to treat his nose or dose anyone know what its from?

There's really no way we can accurately diagnose this, and without a diagnosis we can't offer a treatment.

It could be distemper.

Distemper KILLS if it is not treated, take it to the vet!

My guinea pig has crust like in his nose and some just a little bit out of his nose.. people are saying it could kill him.. is there something I could do or do I absolutely have to take him to the vet?

The vet really is your only option.

We can't diagnose here, and there are too many possibilities of what it could be. A guess won't help you. It could be nothing, or it could be serious, but only a vet can give you the answer.
