My daughter thought she was pragnat so she went to the gyno he sent her for blood pregnancy test came back negative. So she got a depo shot.. last night were in the hospital to find out she had a misscariage... so anyone think I have a legal case that they misdiagnosed her pregnancy and cause a miscariage

I don't think this was a case of medical malpractice. If the blood test showed negative, there is no other way for us to know whether our patient is pregnant. You see, not even an ultrasound will show pregnancy at a very early point.

I've never known depo to actually cause a miscarriage. I do know some girls who have gotten pregnant on depo though.

Yea truth is I'm not really worred about malpractise.. its just she very young in its going to affect her and the hospital in my area a worthless any how but I stronglt feel it was the depo that caused it

I doubt it was the depo that caused it. I know too many women who got pregnant on depo and went on to carry healthy babies.
