Hello Im 17 and I have been having problems with my stomach in the past but it has not gotten any better. Last week on Friday I got really sick and to some teachers at school they said I looked pale. During school I was not feeling well and I wanted to go to the nurses office but they would have called home and our house phone don't work. So I decided to push myself through the day. When I was on my way to 4th period I threw up 3 times in the last 20 minutes after 4th period had started. I got this burning pain in my chest and in my upper stomach and on the right side of my stomach. Now Im no longer vomiting but I still have these burning pain in my chest and stomach same areas but now the pain circles around my bell button on down to the low right side of my stomach. It comes off and on but the burning pain sensations still stay the same. Even if I did go to the doctor my parents couldn't afford it because we don't have money for insurance. I can't fiigure out what is wrong with me. What's going on? What should I do?

Even if he/she can't get a hold of your parents, you should go to see the school nurse. At least then you may be able to shed some light on what is going on, it definitely does not sound normal. It almost sounds like what happens to me when I experience food poisoning, but I am NOT a medical professional and your school nurse is, so seek advise from her. Hope you are well.

I'd guess cholecystitis (gall stones blocking passage of gall out of the gallbladder), if this has been bothering you a long time and isn't just a stomach virus.
Appendicitis second, ulcer third, and something rare fourth.
Gall bladder surgery is pretty easy and if all goes well, you go home the same day (I did).
You don't want to wait for it to rupture and cause serious complications, but people do walk around with this sometimes for months or even years. You just don't know without ultrasound.
