Hair vitamins (like most Herbal remidies) are a scam to get your money from you because they are unregulated and they know it.

Once the doctor (believe a dematologist would be the correct specialist) determines it to not be some other reversible condition what's left is the following. And some people, even women suffer from what is called male pattern baldness. And there is no cure for it, YET. Whom even does discover a cure for that will make Bill Gates look like a project dweller.

Thank you we will go and see a dematolgist. Can a lot of stress cause hair lost too?

Instead of vitamins applied to the hair (or skin), which I agree are useless, she needs to take vitamins, especially the B complex, and eat B rich foods. Answer back if you need help finding the food list. She might as well take a good multi vitamin.

Standard blood tests don't show much about this.

Stress can in fact be one of the causes... with luck it might be something that can be treated.

But depending on what is causing it in her case... there may or may not be a cure or treatment.
