I've been disputing charges from a previous apartment with my electric company for months. They refuse to credit my account for charges that I did not accrue from an apartment I moved from 2 years ago. Now they issued me a disconnect notice for the charges and working with me at all. I'm trying to find out if anyone has used CEDA for bill assistance with their ComEd electric and if so do you know how much they pay in assistance on your bill.
