Are you actively trying? How long have you been trying? Do you know when you ovulate? Are you having sex when you're ovulating?

It takes the average couple 1 - 2 years to conceive when actively trying.

Your other thread spoke of sexual abuse at the age of 6. Is that you?

Have you ever had a physical exam done? If you're planning to conceive, then go to your doctor, have a pelvic exam done to rule out any abnormalities or problems.

Until then, unless you've been actively trying for 2 years and still haven't conceived, most doctors won't do fertility testing, because you're not yet considered to be out of the norm.

You asked: three months ago, I had very little and dark red abnormal blood not during my period.I went to the hospital and was told I had a cist and that was the cause of my bleeding. An ecography was later conducted and the doctor told me after about several days that my cist is almost insignificant and cannot be the cause. She prescribbed some hormone medicine for me which I have been taking. After few days taking the medicine the bleeding stopped, and started bleeding again four days later.I went back to the hospital and the doctor asked me to take more of the hormones medicine which I did. Its been four days since I started taking the medicine and I have witnessed no change. Worst of all, I don't even know what I have, since the doctor told me the bleeding must be stopped before any test can be conducted. I am completely lost, why can a test not be conducted? What if the bleeding do not stop and the cause of the illness becomes cronic? Please help me out.
