I started work in retail about 8 months ago and recently I've been speaking to this guy just a friendly conversation hi and a small conversation mostly work related and sometimes about uni because we go to the same uni. My manager moved me form the ftting rooms to the tills and this gy follows me from his department to the tills to make conversation. I don't like the guy but I can't say it to him. He asked me to go for a coffee with him but I found it quite awkward because I don't even know the guys name and he said he tried looking for me on Facebook. I said a maybe to get him off my trail but then when I was with friends doing work he was waiting for me on the next table. I was shocked, tried ignoring him and eventually he went. Need help!

There is only one way, sm, you have to be perfectly blunt with this guy and tell him straight out that you don't need the company and would he kindly back off. You can be polite about it but firm.

I don't know what else you could do to get him to leave you alone.
