Depends on why it goes on auction. For example, if it's a foreclosure, then no. You will have an opportunity to vacate and move your things out.

The sheriffs will evict you at some point (before or after the auction) and put your stuff out on the street, then its YOUR problem to get it in storage or to a new residence..

So best to find a place and move it yourself before the vultures have a chance to decend on the day of the eviction. But you will know in advance when that will be specifically.

It's foreclosure, I just got a postponement... I was in an accident & will be getting a sizeable settlement. Spoke to the attorney handling it & she told me to have my lawyer send documentation and that the bank will probably wait... they have so many houses in default. I will be able to pay it off. I am also fighting with disability. The accident 2008, the fight with Disability since 2009... I waited a year to apply trying to get fixed. So any help or places that could help. Also my husband walked out on me on Jan 7th...
