I am currently going through a divorce and in the petition it was noted I was in contempt of the separation paper by not paying off a line of credit from the marriage. In my answer on the divorce petition I noted I was in agreeance with that point and explained that I am in the process of filing for bankruptcy due to losing my temp job, lack of income from ex that he is not paying me, and undue hardship. He is now putting a judgement against me because he will now have to come due for this bill I was to pay. With me filing for bankruptcy, what happens to the judgement on me for this? Does the bankruptcy "trump" this judgement?
